I'm a software engineer and engineering leader based in Kraków, Poland, with a decade of experience designing and shipping production systems. I started as a .NET developer building quality-control platforms for the pharmaceutical, automotive and aviation industries, and grew into roles leading teams of developers, testers and DevOps engineers.
Today I lead engineering at Medius and head development at AI4Smart, where my focus is increasingly on applied AI and data — combining Azure AI services, large-scale data pipelines and solid software architecture to deliver products people actually rely on.
What keeps me curious is the craft itself: clean architecture, well-tested code, and the constant possibility that the next model, tool or pattern changes how we build. I care equally about the people writing the code and the systems they're building.
